We found a house!

As many of you know, we were beginning to worry since we hadn't found housing yet and I start work on June 16th.  We considered options such as living on the streets for a year (secure the City of Charlottesville "Doctor lives on streets as economy worsens" sympathy vote), living in a box for a year (save money), and of course, renting (the worst option of all).  Jokes...I'm full of them.  Really, I'm joking.  Anyway, we searched high and low for a home within our price range and just weren't seeing much.  Finally, we found a home that had come down in price, still wasn't in our price range, but we put an offer in anyway with a hope and a prayer.  Good news....it got accepted.  Well, they countered, we countered their counter, and that was accepted.  Anyway, we're thrilled!  Of course, we still have the home inspection, appraisal, and the closing waters to tread through, and something could go wrong in any of those, but assuming all goes well, we'll have a home!  Here are some pictures....
